About Us

The Mid-America Chapter of the Military Vehicle Preservation Association is dedicated to the restoration and preservation of historic military vehicles and related equipment. Based in St Louis, MO, the chapter was formed in 2004 and currently has 35 members. We are a small subset of the international MVPA with 10,000 plus members worldwide. We have members from all walks of life who put their time and effort into these privately owned vehicles and collections. Being essentially a traveling museum, we work together to provide displays at local community events, veterans events, and to support our present day armed forces whenever possible.

Our goal is to convey and display our deeply rooted national pride through historical preservation and public education of this nations rich military history.

Our Mission

• To exhibit our vehicles and equipment in a patriotic manner.
• To honor veterans who have served to secure our freedom.
• To instill in young people a respect for America's military history.
• To provide enjoyment for members, family and friends.
